
Morning World!!
I ran my 6 miles yesterday and I am sure sore today. I also signed up for another race. A 10k! I figure it could not hurt to get a little practice in before the big 10k in Charleston with 40,000 racers. I think that it will also help to build up my confidence as well. Today I am going to take it easy and try to get my muscles from feeling so sore. I have some new stretchs that I am going to try and I think that will help.
